Cancellation Policy

The scheduling of an appointment means time is set aside especially for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If for any reason a session is cancelled less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our initial 20-minute session is free, no strings attached.

Individuals: $130 per 50-minute session

Payment for counselling sessions is due 48 hours after you receive your email invoice. If the fee is preventing you from accessing our counselling services, please ask us about what options are available for you.

A virtual session will be an option available if you’re unable to attend an in-person session. Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions. By booking your appointment, you are consenting to our cancellation policy. Most extended health plans provide coverage for mental health services. It is important that you find out exactly what counselling services your insurance policy covers. If your insurance plan covers counselling services provided by a “Registered Clinical Counsellor”, you can submit your receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement. All services are exempt from GST. Receipts not submitted for insurance claims are tax deductible as a medical expense.
